  1. Open the portfolio
  2. Click Edit
  3. Change Status to Archived
  4. Click Save Changes

Archived portfolios:

  • Are hidden from the main portfolio list by default
  • Can be shown by removing the "Active only" filter
  • Retain all their historical data
  • Cannot have new transactions added

Deleting a Portfolio

Deletion is Permanent

Deleting a portfolio removes all its data permanently. This action cannot be undone. In most cases, archiving is the better option.

To delete a portfolio (administrators only):

  1. Open the portfolio
  2. Click Edit
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Portfolio
  4. Type the portfolio name to confirm
  5. Click Confirm Delete

Organising Portfolios

Using Portfolio Groups

Portfolio groups let you organise portfolios into logical collections (e.g., by client, strategy, or region).

To create a group:

  1. Go to PortfoliosGroups (in the sidebar sub-menu)
  2. Click + New Group
  3. Name the group and assign portfolios to it

Sorting and Ordering

In the portfolio list, click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.
