SettledTransaction has settled and positions have been updated
FailedTransaction failed to settle (requires investigation)
CancelledTransaction was cancelled before settlement

Impact on Positions

When a transaction is marked as Settled, Point automatically updates the portfolio's positions:

  • Buy → increases the position quantity
  • Sell → decreases the position quantity
  • Transfer In → adds the position to the receiving portfolio
  • Transfer Out → removes the position from the sending portfolio

If a transaction is cancelled after settling, Point creates a reversing entry to maintain the audit trail.
